This is an elegant tuckbox… It’s slightly embossed with stars and a crescent moon and of course the name of the deck – Starry Night. As soon as you open up the deck you can see just how easily they come right out of the box. And when you fan the cards, they almost float in the air. If you are to look at the deck, you can see the vibrant colors of maroon and blue just sort of pop out of the deck itself. The court cards are particularly cool, they are sort of a cross between Robbin Hood, King Arthur, and actually a couple of the Jacks remind me of Timothy Doulton’s character Prince Baron from the movie Flash Gordon.

It says the world’s most interesting playing cards, and I think they really do hold themselves up to that standard. I am a big fan of the packaging… it’s a nice dark blue with some reflective yellow, kind of like gold color – I like it a lot! Really does match with the starry night theme. You can definitely feel how sleek and new they are, it’s nice. They look really cool… some of the designs look really cool. Really neat, I like it a lot. Some cool, interesting characters. I like it a lot, they look really clean and nice, and some of the art is very impressive. I’m definitely excited to use these and will use these whenever I play.

We make playing cards designed to help people connect without screens. We call it having a real life social life - it's an invitation to unplug from screens and spend some real quality time with another person.
Elephant Playing Cards started in 2015 when founder Ben Jones asked the question: “What happened to family games nights?”
It seemed that our time was increasingly consumed by technology which had replaced real, genuine human relationships.
His solution to this problem was to create a new type of game that would reclaim family time from TV, Social Media & Online Games. This is where the idea for Elephant Playing Cards was born - to make cards so interesting that everyone would want to unplug and enjoy some quality time & real conversation with friends and family over a fun game.
