HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT SHIPPING DELAYS?
Due to the impact of Covid-19 on global logistics networks, we are receiving a lot of queries regarding the shipping status of recent orders within the last 2 months. Please read the following before contacting us about this issue:
- Due to a shortage of ground + air transport as a result of Covid-19, all shipments are being delayed by up to 10 weeks. We can't control this, sorry.
- Recently it has become common for UPS / DHL / Fedex to not scan tracking codes. This can result in shipments appearing to be stuck at the warehouse or somewhere en-route; it does not mean the package hasn't been sent or is lost.
- We are in contact with major delivery services (UPS / DHL / Fedex / etc) for updates, however they can't give us much information as the whole world is having logistics issues as well.
We are tracking almost every package that is sent out against their delivery times and confirm that both domestic and international shipments are delayed.
